March 2, 2022. I haven’t worked in a few days. I got sick with a stomach bug, and then took a trip to visit a friend out of state. Keeping work life balance is important still! Being sick of course I don’t want to bring germs to clients’ houses (and of course I don't feel like doing anything while sick!) but I still have to plan, and chase after the dream. After a handful of weeks setting up and pursuing the beginning of this business, it is tempting and easy to just lay back and take what comes (or doesn’t) but I can’t do that!! I have to keep the momentum going and keep setting up opportunities for myself. I want to bring in new clients and keep this dream alive.
